• Billing information. If you contact us about a charge, invoice, or reimbursement, we keep the details needed to resolve it. Where a payment is made by card, card details are handled by the payment processor and we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information. This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request, and our hosting provider logs standard technical information for security and operations.

Text Messaging

If you opt in to our text messaging program, described on our Text Messaging page, we collect your mobile number, the date and method of your consent, and the messages exchanged. We use this information only to communicate with you about the matters you have open with us and to keep a record of your consent and any opt-out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
